It's no secret that

Kee Resort & Spa's dining venues but the inspiration behind the treats on
the menus at the KEE Kitchen, the KEE Sky Lounge and our other eateries are
little secrets not often shared by chefs who travel the world searching for
something new, exotic and exciting to bring to the table.

twist of local flavours and influences which have stood the test of time, often

These are the words
of our head chef, Chef Sonthaya Kaewpradit, who has gathered many colloquial
culinary secrets on his travels around the world and brings them together by
creating unique dishes for KEE Resort guests.
At the KEE Sky
Lounge this August sample sensational tapas with a twist and wines from four
continents. At the KEE Kitchen Chef Sonthaya Kaewpradit has created a
multi-cultural menu of surf and turf dishes fusing Thai, Australian and
European flavours.
