Revealing Chef's Secrets

It's no secret that you'll discover some of the finest foods and wines from around the world at the Kee Resort & Spa's dining venues but the inspiration behind the treats on the menus at the KEE Kitchen, the KEE Sky Lounge and our other eateries are little secrets not often shared by chefs who travel the world searching for something new, exotic and exciting to bring to the table.

“Travel from one place to another and no matter what's on the menu, you'll always find a new twist of local flavours and influences which have stood the test of time, often handed down through generations without ever being written down.”

These are the words of our head chef, Chef Sonthaya Kaewpradit, who has gathered many colloquial culinary secrets on his travels around the world and brings them together by creating unique dishes for KEE Resort guests.

At the KEE Sky Lounge this August sample sensational tapas with a twist and wines from four continents. At the KEE Kitchen Chef Sonthaya Kaewpradit has created a multi-cultural menu of surf and turf dishes fusing Thai, Australian and European flavours.
